It has been a couple of years since Anthy left Ohtori in search of Utena, but has had no luck in finding her. She is about to try and track down yet another lead when she gets some unexpected help.

Seventy years has passed since the death Utena and with no where else to go Anthy finally returns to Ohtori Academy. At the great gates to her brother's realm, Anthy meets a young girl who asks for directions - the girl's name is Karina De'Namie...

After this he soon learns that an interplanetary criminal has created wristbands that emulated Sailor Mars' and Sailor Moon's powers. With swiftness and cunning he moved to defeat the criminal and snatch the bands...for himself.
